Activewear should support women through change — not expect them to remain the same.

Women’s bodies evolve throughout life. Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, medication, illness, fitness journeys, aging, and everyday life can all affect how clothing fits.

Yet activewear is still largely sold as a one-time transaction. When a woman’s size changes, she is expected to purchase everything again at full price — or continue wearing clothing that no longer feels comfortable or performs as intended.

Evolving Prowess was created to offer another option.

We design activewear to help women feel comfortable, capable, and confident in the bodies they have today. Through our Forever Evolving Program, eligible returning customers receive 25% off the same style and colour in a new size within one year, while keeping their original garment.

Because needing a different size is not a failure. It is part of living.

Our goal is bigger than creating activewear. We are building a long-term relationship with women through the many seasons their bodies experience — combining thoughtful products, honest conversations, and practical support when change happens.

We are not asking women to adapt to their activewear. We are adapting the activewear experience to women’s lives.

Founder story

I grew up as an athlete, and movement was a meaningful part of how I understood myself. When I was sixteen, I became seriously ill with clinical depression. During the years that followed, my body changed — and when I returned to working out, none of my old activewear fit.

That experience affected me more deeply than I expected. Clothing that no longer supported me made me feel as though I had failed. I did not want to replace everything at full price when I did not know whether my size would change again, so I wore uncomfortable pieces and struggled to focus on the reason I had returned: to care for myself.

Why Evolving Prowess exists

Evolving Prowess exists because women deserve activewear that supports the bodies they have today — not only the bodies they once had or hope to have in the future. Body change is part of living, and women should not carry the full emotional and financial burden every time their size changes.

Personal mission

My mission is to build the company I needed — one that treats change with honesty and care. I am not outside the experience of our customer. I am living it alongside her.
