Only within Canada for now. International shipping is coming soon!
How much is shipping?
It depends where you are, and how much you order! Typical rates are between $15-30.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 3–10 business days on top of that depending on your location.
What’s your return window?
You have a generous 40 days from the day you receive your order.
How do returns or size exchanges work?
Email info@evolvingprowess.ca → we send return instructions → ship the item back to the address on your package → once we receive it in new condition, we issue a full refund or ship your new size.
Do you refund original shipping?
No, not yet!
What is Size Evolution?
If your size changes (up or down), returning customers get an exclusive discount on the new size. Just email us when you’re ready — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe — 100% secure.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your full card details. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
How should I wash my activewear?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, hang or tumble dry low. No fabric softener or bleach.
