40-Day Return Window
You have 40 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange, plenty of time to train in your new gear and make sure it feels right.
How Returns Work
- Email us at info@evolvingprowess.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We typically reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Send the item(s) back to the return address provided on your original package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s):
- Full refund (including original shipping) if everything is in new, unworn condition and no damage, stains, or odors.
- Exchange for a different size: we’ll ship your new size as soon as we receive the original item (you pay for shipping back to us within Canada).
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygienic liner intact (where applicable).
- Sale or final-sale items are not eligible for return (clearly marked at checkout).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we’ll replace it free of charge or give you a full refund (not including shipping).
